Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligible Returns:

  • Item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Product does not match the description (wrong color, size, etc.).

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Proof of purchase (order number) and photos may be required.

  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order. Email us at returns@jtapparels.com to start the process.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked as Final Sale.

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged due to customer handling.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.
