Cancellation Policy

At JT Apparels, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, we allow cancellations within a 12-hour window after your order has been placed.

Order Cancellation Terms:

• If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@jtapparels.com.

• Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed or shipped.

• If the order has already been shipped, you may request a return once you receive the product (see Return Policy).

Exceptions:
JT Apparels reserves the right to cancel an order due to inventory issues, payment concerns, or suspected fraud. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
